Red, White & Moo It Is Fair Time

We are excited for the 2024 fair and the dirt events at the Sun Community Grandstand promoted by CMWF Heritage Foundation and great music acts arranged by the fair at the Mechanics Bank Center Stage that will have you wanting to dance and moo.

Enclosed in your membership packet for this year you will find the following:

·        CMWF Heritage Foundation Member Badge and Lanyard (Please note your member badge is NOT a pass to enter the fair)

·        Fair and Parking Passes

·         Invitation for the VIP Appreciation Party on Wednesday March 6^th.

·        General Information-Please review the rules for Heritage Hall as we need your help to make sure that we all adhere to the policies.

Please note that March 9^th and 10^th  events require a separate ticketed, pre-sale $5 plus fee $1.20 per adult 18 and over.  Children 17 years old or younger are FREE.

Heritage Hall will open at the indicated time of each racing event and close 30 minutes after the conclusion of each racing event.  After the racing, head on over to the Mechanics Bank Center stage and enjoy the live bands.  Please refer to the Policy’s of Heritage Hall included in you packet.

There are numerous musical acts scheduled to play at the Mechanics Center Stage during the fair, bringing a wide variety of great music.

The CMWF Heritage Foundation will once again be the alcohol concessionaire for the fair.  100% of the profits will be used for future projects and infrastructure improvements.  We hope you visit the Rustic Bar on Tuesday March 5^th Karaoke with DJ Isaac. 

A benefit of being a member of the CMWFHF is the ability to purchase a gift card which can be used at any of the beer concessions. These gift cards are only available to members and will only be for sale in Heritage Hall during grandstand   events.   The   cards   can be loaded in $50 increments, and you will receive a 20%-member discount. 

Sponsor a Table or Bench.  The fair can always use more tables and benches.  Price for a table is $700 and a bench is $500.  A commemorative plaque with your personalized message on the lifetime table or bench will be included in the purchase.  Applications will be available in Heritage Hall or contact a CMWF Heritage Director if you would like to sponsor a table or bench.

At the conclusion of the fair, please keep and do not discard your 2024 membership badges.  With the possibility of interim events planned for 2024, we will plan to open Heritage Hall. 

We will hold our Annual Membership Meeting in the fall of 2024.  All members are encouraged to attend.  Details we be advised in September.
